School Meals

All pupils have the option of purchasing a cooked school lunch or bringing in their own packed lunch.

Currently, our meals are supplied by Edwards & Ward and are designed to meet the new nutritional standards set by the Government. Edwards & Ward can meet most medical or religious dietary needs and there is always a vegetarian option.

Packed lunches should be brought to school in a named container and we encourage parents to provide a healthy meal.

Students may bring a plastic bottle of water to school each day.

Children are closely supervised in the hall and throughout lunch times as we believe this is a vital time for developing social skills and forming friendships.

Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFMS)

Key Stage 1 children (Year Reception to Year 2), are entitled to a free hot meal under the Universal Infant Free school Meals Scheme.

Please note that this is different to Free School Meals / Pupil Premium which the school receives for low income families.

Some children in all year groups may be entitled to Free School Meals, please see the link below for more details.
